Cancellation Policy

Private Lessons, Group Lessons, Trail Lessons, Lunch and Lesson

• Payment required upfront to enroll in a lesson. 
• 24 hour cancellation policy: payment for a lesson can be refunded or transferred if 24 hours notice is given. 
• If 24 hour notice is not given, the student will be charged the total cost for the lesson. The card on file with iClass pro will be charged. 

Mini Camps, Winter Camp, Summer Camps, Pony Express, Trailblazers, Cowgirl Express

• Payment required upfront to enroll in a camp session. 
• 4 week cancellation policy: Camp sessions can be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 weeks in advance. 
• If 4 week notice is not given, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Single day absence policy: Diettrich Farm does not offer make-up days or refunds for participant absence. 

Foundations Class, Intro to Outdoor Riding, CIT Training 

• Payment required upfront to enroll in Foundation Class. 
• 4 week cancellation policy: Enrollment in  foundations class can be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 weeks in advance of the first class date. 
• If 4 week notice is not given, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Absence policy: Each Foundations Class series includes a make-up date. Other than the scheduled make-up day, Diettrich Farm does not offer make-up days or refunds for participant absence. 

Trips 

• A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your spot on the trip. 
• Non-refundable monthly payments of $1,000 are due beginning May 1st. 
• After monthly payments have been made, any payment made is non-refundable.
